Within the framework of the INTERREG IVC project ENGAGE a successful conference took place in Olsztyn, Poland between 18th and 20th of March, in the beautiful and historic Castle of Olsztyn, where Nikolaus Kopernikus worked on his calendar.  On behalf of Harghita County Council – which is the only Romanian partner of the project – the participants were Ms. Hanna Török and Ms. Tünde Gál, members of the project implementation team. European Day of Creativity in Miercurea Ciuc

Harghita County Council organized for the second time the European Creativity Day on 21st of March, in Miercurea Ciuc. The event is part of the CreArt international project. In the consortium there are 14 partner institutions from 10 EU countries, and from Romania, besides Harghita County Council the Cultural Centre of Arad County is partner as well. The project aims to create a European network of art, which enhances the mobility of visual arts, encourages young people to create, and gives a wider insight in the creative processes. The religious tourism of Harghita County promoted in Berlin

Between 5th and 9th of March the ITB International Tourism Fair was organised in Berlin, where the partners of the Recultivatur project presented project results as well as religious tourism products within the framework of a common stand. On behalf of Harghita County Council Mr. Barna Szabó, county manager and colleagues of the project team were present, aiming to promote the religious tourism of Harghita County through pilgrimage guides, promotional brochures and presentation videos/films.
