The Committee of the Regions offers the possibility for European regions and cities to participate each year at the Inter-institutional Open Doors Day event dedicated to the promotion of Europe\u2019s cultural diversity. This year the event will take place on 17th of May, organized at the seat of the Committee of the Regions, in Brussels. Accordingly, regions and cities applying successfully are invited to promote local culture, traditions, values, best practices, successful initiatives by interactively involving all interested participants of the event.
\nAs last year, Harghita County Council\u2019s wish to take part at the event organized by the Committee of the Regions is among the accepted applications, thereupon the organizers of the event offering for Harghita County Council this unique possibility to acquaint and promote touristic destinations, cultural values and heritage, specific and traditional products of local producers of Harghita County, as well as successful local initiatives through brochures, leaflets, promotional materials and videos for those interested participants and invited audience.
\nHarghita County Council treats as a priority to support and promote local and traditional values, accordingly inviting the participants of Open Doors Day to a journey of acquainting Harghita County\u2019s picturesque landscape, cultural values, best practices, and successful initiatives. Also the colleagues, being dressed up in traditional costumes will offer them the possibility to taste traditional and local products within the framework of the event.
\nBased on the above mentioned, we are kindly inviting and waiting with open arms all interested participants and partners to visit Harghita County\u2019s stand in the building of the Committee of the Regions on the occasion of this year\u2019s Inter-institutional Open Doors Day event, organized on 17th of May 2014, between 10:00 \u2013 18:00.<\/p>\n
