Within the Steering Committee meeting, different discussions were held about the tasks and plans for the successful implementation of the project, focusing mainly on the last two semesters of the project\u2019s timeframe.<br \/>\nHarghita County Council, as partner in the mentioned project, has several plans and aims for this year in the area of community support. Among these, a Regional Innovation Plan will be elaborated, having as objective the increase of the efficiency of public administration. As part of the 4th Thematic Group of the project, the partners also participated in an experience exchange, where they had the possibility to know the good practices on Civil Society Inclusion and innovation of the Tartu Science Park.<br \/>\nThe Tartu Science Park is a regional development agency created in 1992 as a result of the successful collaboration of local and regional authorities, as well as of universities, higher education institutions. Its main objective is the creation and support of proper environment for the establishment of competitive clusters, which aim the motivation and elaboration of entrepreneurship and business in the area of technology and innovation development. Furthermore works continuously on tasks that contribute to the regional innovation system development, internationalization of clusters, technology know-how transfer and innovative businesses\u2019 development through entrepreneurship networks.<br \/>\nAll of these result the support of entrepreneurship initiatives on local, regional and national level. The main success of these good practices stand in the fact that the initiative holds together the representatives, specialists of different areas, giving in this matter the opportunity to work on ideas and plans on innovation from different points of view.<br \/>\nThese good practices are essential for Harghita County Council, as learning partner of the project, because the cooperation with civil society, associations, universities, specialized institutions, representatives of different bodies and the creation of such clusters would contribute to the support of the successful business\u2019 creation, innovative development, creation of jobs as well as the increase of economic potential of Harghita County.<br \/>\n14 partners from 10 countries are part of the mentioned project: from Bulgaria, United Kingdom, Italy, Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, Spain, Estonia, Poland and Romania.
