Harghita County Council

Harghita County Council is an elected public authority in Harghita County, founded in 1992. It is the authority of the county, it’s a local public institution, responsible for the coordination of the local council’s activities (municipalities, towns and villages), fulfills public services at county level, participates in different international projects and initiates and implements programs on several domains .

Borboly Csaba was a county councillor between 2000-2004, vice president between 2004-2008 and since 2008 he is the president of the institution.
