As an activity of the RECULTIVATUR project, with the aim to promote Regional tourism products at international level, in the period of 30th January - 3rd February 2013, representatives of Harghita County Council participated in the International Tourism Fair FITUR, Madrid, Spain. Together with LANCM, seven project partners attending the event presented their RTPs, within the Recultivatur stand, and distributed promotional material concerning the project in two languages, English and Spanish.
In the period of 14th – 17th February 2013, in Milan, Italy was held the International Tourism Fair BIT, where together with other 4 project partners, representatives from Harghita County Council also presented the Religious touristic products of Harghita county, at the Recultivatur stand, and disseminated promotional materials regarding the project in two languages, English and Italian.
By this occasion, LANCM also organized a show just across the Recultivatur stand featuring Lanciano’s Flag Throwers, a group of young adults performing with flags, drummers and trumpets and wearing Lanciano's traditional heraldic costumes.
The visitors also learned about the project aims and were engaged in discussions with the partners who provided all relevant and useful information.
In the period of 6-10th of March 2013, together with other 9 project partners, representatives of Harghita County Council participated the International Tourism Fair ITB, organized in Berlin, Germany, one of the largest and most important events dedicated to the tourism industry. As in the previous International Fairs, the business operators and media professionals who visited the Recultivatur stand had the possibility to discuss the project’s aims, as well as the results and future activities, with the partners, who also gave promotional materials, such as CDs/DVDs, brochures, maps, as well as gadgets.
Representatives of project partners presented their tourist products, within the Recultivatur stand, and disseminated promotional materials in two languages, English and German.
